Client Service Policies

Business Hours & Project Processing Policy

Clients may submit inquiries, book consultations, purchase packages, and submit project requests online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  However, consultations, project processing, client communication, revisions, support, approvals, and production work are completed during normal business operating hours only.


Business Operating Hours

Project work, client communication, approvals, revisions, support, and delivery timelines are processed during the following business hours:

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET

Business hours exclude weekends and major holidays unless a Weekend Rush Service has been approved and purchased.


Project Start Times

Projects do not officially begin at the exact time a package is purchased, booked, or paid for.

Project timelines officially begin:

  • During normal business operating hours 
  • After all required materials have been received 
  • After required payments and deposits have been completed 
  • After the client has been approved and added to the production schedule 

Projects purchased, scheduled, or submitted outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.


Rush & Weekend Rush Services

Rush and Weekend Rush services prioritize project scheduling and turnaround time but do not guarantee immediate same-hour project starts, overnight availability, or 24-hour live support.

Weekend Rush projects must be approved in advance and purchased no later than 8:00 AM ET on Friday.

GDA Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to schedule all production work according to operational availability, project scope, and workload capacity.

Payment Policies

  • All project deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Full payment must be received before final website launch or transfer. 
  • Failure to make payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of services. 
  • GDA Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to remove access to unfinished work until outstanding balances are paid in full.

Consultation Policy

All potential clients interested in working with GDA Enterprises, LLC are required to complete a paid 1-Hour Consultation before being considered for any service package.  The consultation is the first step of our client intake and project evaluation process. During this meeting, we discuss:

  • Business goals 
  • Current challenges 
  • Website and branding needs 
  • Automation opportunities 
  • Recommended Beauty Business Systems 
  • Project expectations and timelines

Consultation Fee Policy

  • The consultation fee is non-refundable. 
  • Consultation appointments are reserved specifically for your business and preparation time is completed in advance. 
  • Because consultation appointments occupy reserved scheduling time, consultations cannot be rescheduled or transferred. 
  • Missed appointments, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. 
  • A new consultation fee is required to book another appointment.

Consultation Credit Policy

If a service package is booked within 48 hours after your consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward your final project balance after:

  1. Your selected package deposit has been paid, and 
  2. You have officially been accepted as a GDA Enterprises, LLC client. 

Consultation credits expire after 48 hours and cannot be applied to future projects outside of that timeframe.

Project Eligibility Policy

GDA Enterprises, LLC carefully evaluates all potential projects to ensure they align with the company’s services, standards, workflow capacity, and business goals.  Completion of a consultation and payment of consultation fees does not guarantee acceptance as a client or approval for service.


Projects may be declined for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Timeline limitations 
  • Scope outside of offered services 
  • Incomplete project preparedness 
  • Communication concerns 
  • Technical limitations 
  • Brand or business misalignment 
  • Scheduling availability 


Non-Refundable Consultation Policy

Consultation fees remain non-refundable regardless of project approval status. The consultation fee covers professional strategy, recommendations, technical guidance, business insight, and time reserved specifically for the prospective client.


If Your Project Is Not Approved

If a project is not accepted, clients may still receive:

  • General recommendations 
  • Professional guidance 
  • Suggested next steps 
  • Recommendations for future readiness 


GDA Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Package # 1 - Beauty Brand Refresh

Package Overview

The Beauty Brand Refresh package is designed for beauty professionals who already have an existing website but need professional updates, refinements, improvements, or technical support without requiring a full rebuild.

This package is ideal for:

  • Existing beauty businesses 
  • Stylists with outdated websites 
  • Brands preparing for relaunches or promotions 
  • Businesses needing integrations, fixes, or design improvements 

Package Includes

  • Updates to 3–5 website pages 
  • Homepage improvements 
  • Service/menu updates 
  • Gallery refresh 
  • Policy page updates 
  • About page enhancements 
  • Mobile optimization check 
  • Booking/calendar integrations 
  • Minor design refinements 
  • Basic troubleshooting and fixes 

Project Scope

  • Includes up to 8 hours of design/support work 
  • Includes 1 revision round 
  • Additional revisions or work outside the original scope will be billed at $120/hour 

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery:

  • 1–3 Business Days — Included 

Rush Delivery:

  • 1–2 Business Days — Additional $250 

Weekend Rush Delivery:

  • Additional $750 
  • Must be purchased no later than 8:00 AM ET on Friday 
  • Weekend rush availability is limited and not guaranteed 

Important Notes

  • Major redesigns, advanced custom development, branding redesigns, or additional integrations may require a separate quote. 
  • Delays caused by missing content, images, approvals, or communication may impact delivery timelines.

Package #2 — The Essential Booking System

Package Overview

The Essential Booking System is designed for beauty professionals needing a newly created, polished online presence with integrated booking functionality.

This package is ideal for:

  • Solo stylists 
  • Braiders 
  • Lash technicians 
  • Nail technicians 
  • New beauty business owners 


Hosting Requirement

Clients are responsible for pre-paying hosting fees directly with GoDaddy before project work begins.

  • Booking integration 
  • Deposit setup

  • Includes up to 40 hours of design/support work 
  • Includes 2 revision rounds 
  • Additional revisions billed at $120 each 
  • Additional work outside project scope billed separately

Standard Delivery:

  • 1–3 Business Days — Included 

Rush Delivery:

  • 1–2 Business Days — Additional $250

Client Readiness, Delays & Project Abandonment Policy

To ensure efficient project completion and timely delivery, clients are responsible for providing all required business information, branding assets, approvals, content, and account access necessary to begin and complete the project.

Project timelines do not officially begin until all required materials have been received.

Depending on the selected package, clients may be required to provide:

Website & Technical Information

  • Domain access or transfer information 
  • Hosting account access 
  • Booking platform access 
  • Third-party login credentials (if applicable) 

Branding Materials

  • Business logo 
  • Brand colors (HEX codes if available) 
  • Brand fonts (if applicable) 
  • Brand images and marketing graphics 

Website Content

  • Service list 
  • Service descriptions 
  • Pricing information 
  • Deposit requirements 
  • Business policies 
  • About/business bio content 
  • Gallery images 
  • Testimonials (if applicable) 

Additional Content

  • Promotional banners 
  • Forms or intake questions 
  • Cancellation policies 
  • FAQs 
  • Any additional materials related to the approved project scope 


Client Submission Timeline

Clients are expected to submit all required materials within:

  • 3 business days for Rush projects 
  • 5 business days for Standard projects 

Failure to provide required materials within the requested timeframe may result in:

  • Delayed project delivery 
  • Project rescheduling 
  • Additional fees 
  • Removal from priority scheduling 


Project Delays & Holds

Projects with missing materials, delayed communication, or outstanding approvals for more than 14 calendar days may be placed on hold at the discretion of GDA Enterprises, LLC.

Project turnaround times pause during periods of client inactivity or delayed communication.


Project Abandonment Policy

Projects inactive for more than 30 calendar days due to lack of communication, missing materials, or failure to provide approvals may be considered abandoned and subject to closure without refund.

All payments, deposits, consultation fees, rush fees, and completed work remain non-refundable.

Restarting a closed or abandoned project may require:

  • A reactivation fee 
  • A new consultation 
  • Updated pricing based on current rates and availability 

GDA Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to close inactive projects at its discretion.

Business System Care Plan (Monthly Subscription)

Subscription Overview

The Business System Care Plan is a monthly website maintenance and support subscription designed to keep client websites updated, secure, and operating smoothly.

Monthly Subscription Fee

  • $250/month recurring subscription 
  • Cancel anytime with written notice before the next billing cycle 

Care Plan Includes

  • Monthly website maintenance 
  • 1 website content update per month 
  • Booking system monitoring 
  • Priority support 
  • Website security monitoring 
  • Website performance checks 
  • Discounted future edits/services 

Monthly Support Limits

  • Includes up to 2 hours of support/work per month 
  • Additional work beyond 2 hours billed at $90/hour 

Important Notes

  • Unused monthly support hours do not roll over. 
  • Emergency requests, redesigns, major edits, or advanced development work are not included in the monthly subscription. 
  • Failure to maintain active hosting, domain services, or third-party subscriptions may impact website functionality and support availability.

Communication Policy

To maintain efficient project timelines and scheduling, clients are expected to respond to requests for approvals, revisions, content, or project-related communication within 2–3 business days whenever possible.

Delays in communication, approvals, or required materials may result in:

  • Paused project timelines 
  • Delivery delays 
  • Removal from priority scheduling 
  • Project holds for extended inactivity 

If communication becomes inactive for more than 14 calendar days, the project may be placed on hold in accordance with the Project Abandonment Policy.

All communication must remain professional, respectful, and cooperative throughout the duration of the project.

Revision Policy

A revision is defined as minor adjustments to content, layout, colors, images, or existing approved design elements.

Revisions do not include:

  • Complete redesign requests 
  • Brand changes after project approval 
  • Additional pages or features outside the package scope 
  • New functionality requests after project approval 

Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests may require additional billing.

Turnaround & Delivery Policy

Business day timelines exclude:

  • Weekends 
  • Major holidays 
  • Client delays 
  • Waiting periods for client approvals or materials 

Rush and weekend delivery services are prioritized scheduling upgrades and do not guarantee same-day completion.

Final Approval Policy

Once the final website/project has been approved and delivered:

  • The project will be considered complete 
  • Future edits or updates may require a new service request or enrollment in the Business System Care Plan

Policy Agreement


By purchasing a consultation, service package, rush delivery option, or subscription service from GDA Enterprises, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies, terms, timelines, and payment conditions outlined above.
